We are one of the active partner in UAE for maintain hygiene environment all around Abu Dhabi for more than 10 years. EasyClean.ae enables you book cleaners online, make the payments and manage your booking.

How can I book a cleaning session?
You can book cleaning session online in four simple steps:
1. Choose your location
2. Specify your cleaning details
3. Enter your address and contact details
4. Make the payment using Credit/Debit card or choose Cash on Delivery option as per your convenience

How do I create an account?
You can create an account from Login button in our website or at the time of your first booking. You will receive an account activation link by mail. Once your account is activated, you can login to your EasyClean.ae account.
How Can I reset my password if I have forgotten?
If you have forgotten your EasyClean account password, simply enter your email address associated with your account in “forgot password?" option in the login button and click reset button. You can set your password from the link you receive by mail.
How many hours can I book your service?
We provide service from 7am to 11pm, 7 days in a week. You can book our service anytime in between. If you book for more than 8 hours, there will be a duty shift after 8 hours.
If I prefer to book your service, what is the minimum time for getting your service?
You can book our service for next one hour anywhere in Abu Dhabi City between 7AM and 11PM, 6 days in a week (from Saturday to Thursday). Next our service may not possible on Friday since less number of staffs are working on Friday. We will try our best for next available time schedule for Friday booking.
What happens after I have made my booking?
After you place the order, we will send you order confirmation immediately with all details by email and another email will be sent after the order is scheduled. EasyClean.ae will send cleaners to your location at scheduled date and time. EasyClean.ae may contact you in case of any difficulty to find the location.
Do you provide service on Friday?
Yes, we provide service from 7am to 11pm, 7 days in a week including Friday. Please book our service in advance for Friday since numbers of working staffs will be less.
Do you charge any extra fee for Friday booking?
No, we don’t charge any extra fee for Friday bookings.
Can I book more than one cleaner?
Yes, you can book one or more cleaners as per your requirement. We have more than 250 cleaners working daily.
How can I extend cleaning duration if booked duration is not enough to complete the particular clean?
You need to inform us directly in our office one hour before the scheduled service to finish. Based on your confirmation we will extend the service. You can pay the extra service amount with the cleaner.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel, reschedule or amend a Booking up to 6 hours before the cleaning is scheduled for free of charge, by informing our call centre no 054 4459853. Any cancellation or amendment made less than 6 hours before the cleaning is scheduled to begin will charge cancellation cost of AED 50.
Are the cleaners reliable and trustworthy?
EasyClean screens all its cleaners through a strict process and does a complete background check before issuing the Visa. Our cleaners are 100% reliable and professional.
Can I book same cleaner for next booking?
Yes, you can select preference for previous cleaner during the booking. If there is no other booking for your preferred cleaner, we will send the same cleaner. Otherwise we will inform you next available time schedule. Up on your confirmation we will reschedule your booking or arrange new cleaner.
Do you provide satisfaction guarantee?
Our goal is to provide the best customer experience by delivering a high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, please rate your experience and our team will contact you to within 24 hours.
Should I need to be at Home?
We recommend that you be there at least for your first booking. This allows for any questions to be answered and specific requirements communicated directly with your cleaner.
Does the cleaner bring cleaning materials?
No. you need to provide cleaning materials.

What are the payment options you have?
You can pay using credit card or by cash. Credit card payment can be done during online booking and gets charged when you confirm the order. Or you can pay by cash to our cleaner before or after the cleaning session.
Is the online payment secure?
Online payment is processed by reliable payment gateway provider and all the processes are secure and safe. Your data is encrypted with a secure SSL.
How can I get my Invoice?
The cleaner will provide you hard copy of invoice when they reach at your premise and electronics invoice copy will be sent by email after the service.
